• The reservation is held on guaranteed basis. Should your travel plans change we kindly ask you to inform the hotel 7 days prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid any cancellation charges. The hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the reserved length of stay for cancellations received after this time. Same procedure applies to early departures. 

LLVM will provide formal invitation letters to presenters who request them; however, we will not proactively issue formal invitation letters for attendees. If you need documentation beyond registration receipts for your organization to approve of your attendance at the 2025 European LLVM Developers' Meeting, please contact us.

If you need a letter for your visa application, we can provide a support letter that you can submit with your visa application. Our visa letters typically include date and location of the event and any speaking roles. If you require additional information, you must provide this to us. Visa support letters are provided 3-5 business days after you have confirmed and paid for your registration. If you need a visa support letter, please contact us and provide us with your full name on passport and any additional required information.
