The 2025 European LLVM Developers' Meeting will host pre-conference workshops on April 14, and the main sessions are held April 15-16 at the InterContinental Berlin in Germany.

We welcome anyone who wants to attend, but this meeting will be particularly interesting to:

• Active developers of projects in the LLVM Umbrella (LLVM core, Clang, LLDB, libc++, MLIR, lld, etc).
• Developers of programming languages (ie. Rust or Swift) that use LLVM as their backend. 
• Anyone interested in using these as part of another project.
• Students and Researchers
• Compiler, programming language, and runtime enthusiasts.
• Those interested in using compiler and toolchain technology in novel and interesting ways.
• Those interested in diversity and inclusion in the field of compilers, tools, and open source.

Content is directed at newcomers and we highly encourage all to attend who have not been to an LLVM Developers’ Meeting before. However, we would like individuals that have attended before to come to this session and provide mentorship and a friendly face for our newcomers. So if you arrive in town a day early or for the workshops, please consider attending and supporting newcomers to this event.

Each ticket includes 2 days of the meeting April 15 - 16, 2025, and an evening reception on April 15.

Here are the different Dev Mtg tickets available:

• Corporate Ticket - $950 (register by March 12), $1100 (after March 12)
  Main conference tickets for employees of corporations. 
• Individual/Academic/Nonprofit: $750 (register by March 12), $850 (after March 12)
  Main conference tickets for Individuals that are self-employed, or that work for academia or non-profits.  
• Student Ticket: $250 (register by March 12), $350 (after March 12)
  Main conference tickets for those that are full time students.

Yes, in order to secure a meeting spot, you will need to register to attend by April 5 (or earlier if capacity has been met). 

Yes, workshop space is limited and registration is required.

Please register by March 12 for early bird pricing. The last day to register is April 5 (or earlier if capacity has been met).

A full refund for the conference is available if you cancel by March 27.

A invoice/receipt will be included in your confirmation email after registering for the meeting. You can submit a request to the event team at LLVM@blineevents.com.

Workshops are available at special pricing exclusive to EuroLLVM Dev Meeting ticket holders and cannot be purchased separately. If space is available closer to the conference, the LLVM Foundation may offer Workshop-Only tickets, but this is not guaranteed as workshops usually reach full capacity.

The conference is typically 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an evening reception on April 15, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: The reservation is held on guaranteed basis. Should travel plans change we kindly ask you to inform the hotel 7 days prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid any cancellation charges. The hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the reserved length of stay for cancellations received after this time. Same procedure applies to early departures. 

Workshops are not recorded. All main conference talks, excluding round table discussions, will be recorded and posted on the LLVM YouTube channel after the event.
