General Event

The 2026 LLVM Developers' Meeting will host pre-conference workshops on October 26, and the main sessions are held October 26-28 in Santa Clara, California.

Each ticket includes 2 days of the meeting October 27 - October 28, 2026, and an evening reception on October 27.

Content is directed at newcomers and we highly encourage all to attend who have not been to an LLVM Developers’ Meeting before. Individuals that have attended before are still welcome to come and provide mentorship and a friendly face for our newcomers. 

Registration

Yes. Registration is required to attend the event and any workshops.

October 26 workshop space is limited and must be purchased with a Dev Meeting ticket.

No. Workshops are available at special pricing exclusive to LLVM Dev Meeting ticket holders and cannot be purchased separately.

Please register by September 9 to receive early bird pricing. The final day to register is October 16.

A full refund is available if you cancel before October 5.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable, and a $35 deduction will be applied to your total refund. 

A  receipts will be included in your confirmation email after registering for the meeting.

Event Participation

The agenda will be posted in August. Please check back for more information.

The conference is typically 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an evening reception on October 27, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Hours are approximate until the schedule is posted.

Workshops are not recorded. All main conference talks, excluding round table discussions, will be recorded and posted on the LLVM YouTube channel after the event. 

Yes. Staying at the conference hotel helps us fulfill our room block obligations and helps us secure venues in the future. Please book the conference hotel when possible. Please see the Venue + Travel page for more details.

A conference T-shirt is included with your ticket to the event. To guarantee your shirt, please register by September 29.

Additional merchandise will be available by donation at the event.
