Anton Lydike is a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh researching compilers and program synthesis with Professor Jackson Woodruff. He previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Augsburg, and went on to be a research associate with Professor Tobias Grosser at The University of Edinburgh, and later Cambridge University. He is an Open Source advocate, and an avid contributor to xDSL, a python-native clone of MLIR aimed at research and development as well as teaching.
