MachineScheduler - fine grain resource allocation using resource intervals.
Abstract/s
In this talk we will describe an optimisation introduced in the MachineScheduler that allows to allocate more resources in a smaller number of cycles. To achieve this, we introduced the concept of resource interval and look for empty slots when tracking resource usage at a schedule boundary. This work has been done in collaboration with Adam Nemet and Francis Visoiu-Mistrih.
