Ioana is a software engineer at Arm working on AI-guided compiler optimization, MLIR infrastructure, and performance engineering. Her work spans in-tree deployment of machine-learned LLVM optimization policies, LLM-based exploration of basic-block outlining for size, and Arm performance work in oneDNN and OpenCV. She is interested in reducing fragmentation across ML and compiler stacks.
