Federico Bruzzone is a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science at the University of Milan. His research focuses on programming languages, compilers, and compiler optimization, with particular interests in LLVM, MLIR, and AI-oriented compilation frameworks. He actively contributes to LLVM/MLIR and has previously contributed to the Rust compiler. His recent work combines empirical evaluation of optimization pipelines with the design and implementation of compiler analyses and transformations.
