Keeping the upstream compiler's Buildbot fleet green is a relentless, around-the-clock task—when a configuration breaks, engineers must sift through a batch of commits to find the culprit. This talk presents an LLM-powered framework that automates the full triage loop for the Buildbots. We'll share how a prototype has already helped our team pinpoint breaking commits on our live fleet, and where we're headed toward faster, higher-confidence feedback to the community.
