Mahesh Ravishankar is currently a Senior Manager at AMD, where he is one of the core members of the Shark/IREE team developing an MLIR based compiler stack aimed at compiling ML models for multiple architectures. This project started at Google, where he also collaborated on building the tensor-based code generation framework within MLIR. He has previously worked at NVIDIA in the NVVM compiler team and received his PhD in the area of distributed memory code generation from Ohio State University.
