It's been more than two years since we started working on the Mach-O back-end of LLD. We can now successfully link a wide range of large programs, including Chromium as well as LLVM itself. LLD links programs roughly 2x faster than ld64, greatly improving the developer experience on large projects. In this talk, we'll go over some of the challenges we've faced, the reasoning behind the design decisions we've made, as well as our future plans for the linker.
