I currently work at Graphcore working on the compiler for the IPU, an accelerator for Machine Learning. I started there in January. Initially I looked at the conformance of our compiler to C and C++ standards and the testsuite. More recent work has included improvements to backend codegen and the runtime build system. Prior to this, I worked at SN Systems on preserving debuginfo for optimised codegen as well as researching improved vectorisation for increased runtime performance.
