Speaker Bio
Kit has worked with compiler teams at IBM since being a student in 2001. He has held many different positions during this time, working on compilers for both IBM POWER and SystemZ platforms. He is currently the team lead for the Dynamic Circuits compiler in the Quantum organization, where he focuses on optimization and code generation for IBM Quantum computers. He holds his Ph.D. in Computing Science from the University of Alberta (2009) and his M.Sc. also from the University of Alberta (2003).
