Diversity in leadership is an important aspect of increasing diversity overall. For open source projects such as LLVM, this includes leadership positions such as code ownership, reviewer, conference speaker, program committee, RFC proposal or review, LLVM Foundation board, office hours and working groups. How can we improve our approach to these positions to encourage more diversity in our leadership? How can other open source projects leverage our experience and advice? This working workshop will focus on specific changes that can be made and how to measure success.
