Jan Hückelheim received his Ph.D. from Queen Mary University of London in 2017. His thesis was on ​“discrete adjoint on many cores algorithmic differentiation of accelerated fluid simulations.” He has coauthored numerous papers that have appeared in journals and conference proceedings, including ACM Transaction on Mathematical Software and the International Conference on Parallel Processing. In July 2019 he hosted the 22nd European workshop on Automatic Differentiation (EuroAD) at Imperial College London.
