We’ve all heard about the importance of diversity and inclusion in technical fields, yet we still see microagressions and well-intentioned counter-behaviors that undermine this important goal to this very day. In this talk, rather than reiterate what we *should* do to support D&I in our technical communities, I’ll instead tackle the more fundamental issue of what *not* to do. Brace yourselves.
